Quinta Deluxe

These units are located in the new wing and include a comfortable reading and sitting area and a spacious bathroom. Some of the rooms have two smallish windows facing the valley and heritage building’s rooftops, and others have a large floor-to-ceiling window with wonderful woodland. They have good access to an elevator. The terrace-facing rooms have steps accessing to the outside and have a small seating area.

Vineyard Deluxe

With a bed as big as a ship, a secluded setting and some featuring a large outdoor terrace, the Vineyard Deluxe room at our Douro Valley hotel is a fairy-tale escape for wine lovers: the fridge is stocked with Douro favorites.

Located on the exclusive vineyard wing of our Douro hotel and spa, these rooms have a spacious living room area and enjoy precious privacy. Vineyard Deluxe rooms on the fourth floor have a spacious outside terrace with a large seating space and dining area. Vineyard Deluxe rooms on the fifth floor offer views across the vineyard.

Quinta River

Generously sized and contemporary in style, elegant and comfortable, with privileged panoramic views over the Douro River.

Featuring a contemporary décor wedded to the Six Senses natural style and a nod to a past era, plus delightful river views, these rooms offer a generous 495 to 538 square feet (46 to 50 square meters). They present a different layout that includes a reading and seating area plus a very spacious bathroom. Some rooms have a private balcony or terrace.

Valley Deluxe

Valley Deluxe rooms have access to shared gardens and a gazebo as well as a heated swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Perfect for larger parties or families!

Originally a wine lodge, the building has been refurbished to offer up to nine bedrooms. There are three Valley Deluxe rooms, one with a bathtub. All have access to the shared lounge with a cozy fireplace located on the ground floor. Outside, there are fragrant gardens planted with native shrubs, leading down to an outdoor hot tub and shared swimming pool. The ultimate flexibility to book one room or all nine!

Quinta Junior Suite

Vineyard Junior Suite with Terrace

Comfortable and contemporary inside and outside, with a large wooden deck and gazebo for afternoon siestas or getting lost in a book.

Our premier rooms are located in the vineyard wing on the fourth floor of our Portugal resort and include a comfortable reading and sitting area and a spacious bathroom. With an oversized Ottoman sofa inside and a large number of comfortable sofas outside on the deck, we hope you have brought a good book or two. There is also a dining area with a table for private dinners where the only company is the incredible view.

Located in an immaculately refurbished wine lodge, the Valley Garden Suites are located on the ground floor. Offering a spacious living room and a fireplace and one of the suites has a fully equipped kitchen.
