The Remarkable Suite features two bedrooms, each with a signature Baillie king bed (one with optional twin configuration), generous walk-in robes and luxurious ensuites with double vanities, deep soaking baths and walk-in rain showers. Positioned for dramatic 270° ocean and wilderness views, the Osprey Suite showcases Southern Ocean Lodge at its most spectacular. The bedroom features a Baillie king bed dressed in fine linens, while the ensuite offers a freestanding bath and oversized rain shower framed by floor-to-ceiling glass. Baillie Pavilion

  • The most exclusive residence at Southern Ocean Lodge, the Baillie Pavilion combines the East and West wings into a four-bedroom private retreat perched on the clifftop. Two lounge areas, EcoSmart fireplaces, premium in-suite bars and multiple heated plunge pools offer abundant space for entertaining. Baillie Pavilion East

The Restaurant (Main Lodge Dining)

An all-inclusive dining experience showcasing Kangaroo Island and South Australian produce. Menus change daily and follow Baillie Lodges’ Culinary Philosophy of sourcing local, seasonal ingredients.

  • Breakfast (7am – 9:30am): À la carte hot dishes with continental selections.
  • Lunch (12:30 – 2:30pm): Three-course seasonal menu; indoor or alfresco dining.
  • Dinner (7pm – 9pm): Four-course chef’s menu highlighting premium local seafood, meats and produce.

The Great Room Bar & Lounge

Central gathering space offering premium South Australian wines, craft beers, top-shelf spirits and cocktails. Sunset drinks and canapés are served each evening.
