Through EVOKE | INSPIRE, the entire stay is elevated further with bespoke itineraries, personalized service, and local expertise.
Renowned Resort Dining

At The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, dining spans six restaurants, with Blue by Eric Ripert at the center of the resort’s allure. Celebrated as the first and only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant in the Caribbean, Blue puts seafood as “the star of the plate,” notes Chef Ripert, pairing pristine local ingredients with precise technique in an oceanfront space. Led by Executive Chef Michele Tenzone, the restaurant is one of the island’s most coveted dining experiences. Don’t miss the seven-course tasting menu.
Five more restaurants round out the resort’s dining scene, each with its own distinct flavor. Saint June brings Caribbean and South American influences to Seven Mile Beach, while Seven serves prime cuts and seafood alongside an extensive wine program. Taikun specializes in Japanese cuisine, including sushi and omakase, and Andiamo Circolo Sportivo serves seasonal Italian fare and housemade pasta. At Silver Palm, afternoon tea and casual bites give way to Caribbean rums, cigars, cacao, and live evening entertainment.
The Caribbean’s Most Coveted Culinary Scene

Every January, the resort draws some of the world’s most celebrated culinary names for the Cayman Cookout, a three-day gathering of chefs, winemakers, and food lovers. Renowned Chef Eric Ripert has headlined the event for many years, and he’s returning for the next edition, held January 14–17, 2027, alongside an international roster of talent. Exceptional food and wine is at the center of the experience, along with intimate tastings, chef-led demonstrations, beachfront gatherings, and signature dinners. Past editions have brought Chef Ripert together with friends including Chefs José Andrés and Daniel Boulud, creating a convivial atmosphere that has become central to the event. New for 2027, package options start at three nights, giving guests flexibility to pair the Cookout with R&R time at the resort. From a morning demonstration to dinner by the Caribbean, the weekend brings together some of the world’s most exciting eats and sips.
Festive Holiday Celebrations

The holiday season brings together classic traditions, family-friendly activities, and festive dining, with celebrations that stretch from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Eve. Thanksgiving might mean a four-course dinner at Seven, a traditional feast in the Cayman Islands Ballroom, or an afternoon spent learning the secrets of pie making with Executive Pastry Chef Camilla Testa. As December holidays approach, families can decorate gingerbread houses, join Santa for tea at Silver Palm Lounge, or gather for Christmas Day brunch, where carving stations, seafood, charcuterie, and live-action cooking fill the ballroom. Guests can also bring the celebration “home” with a chef-prepared Christmas feast delivered to their residence or suite. The season culminates with New Year’s Eve festivities at Seven and Saint June, where Caribbean and South American flavors, live music, and cocktails set the stage for the year ahead.
