Setting sail on its maiden voyage in May 2027, the chic Amangati brings Aman’s signature design to the water, and its wine and dining program is just as considered. Across nine bars and restaurants, the philosophy of simplicity and balance comes to life. Here’s your guide to what’s on the menu.
Dining Spaces
Alira. With sun-kissed Mediterranean cuisine and endless sea views, Alira is a culinary journey through the landscapes of southern Europe. Expect coastal-inspired interiors, alfresco terraces, and leisurely dining.
Hiori. Derived from the Japanese words for heat and craft, Hiori is where culinary mastery becomes ritual as the chef curates an elemental teppanyaki experience with precise technique. Shaped by seasonal flavors, each dish celebrates longstanding traditions, while Japanese sakes, rare whiskies, and customary tea complement the evening.
Akari. Rooted in washoku—a Japanese culinary tradition acknowledged by UNESCO—Akari (Japanese for “light”) illuminates ingredients sourced at their peak and prepared with age-old technique. Menus feature classic dishes and a signature omakase experience, while omotenashi (anticipatory service) ensures every detail is anticipated.
Aman Grill. Thoughtfully curated menus pay homage to the timeless steakhouse tradition, featuring prime cuts and fresh catches with bold sauces and refined sides. Wine is the natural companion, and the restaurant’s offerings span old and new world labels, rare spirits, and herb-laced aperitifs.
Bars & Lounges
The Jazz Club. Taking its cue from The Jazz Club at Aman New York, this stylish space and terrace invites evenings of live music, aperitifs, and craft cocktails.
The Bar at Aman Grill. With a focus on smoke-enhanced spirits, classic cocktails, and barrel-aged whiskies, The Bar at Aman Grill extends its elemental ethos into the glass.
Sake Bar. Whether a prelude to dinner or an epilogue to the evening’s activities, the Sake Bar offers a robust selection of artisanal, small-batch sakes.
Cigar Lounge. A private enclave with a humidor and terrace offers space to experience hand-rolled cigars and rare spirits.
Alira Pool Bar. This open-air retreat offers light bites, craft cocktails and chilled wines—a picture-perfect setting for sun-soaked days and starlit evenings by The Pool.
