Epicurean Adventures at Sea
A sailing with Crystal is an elevated journey with some of the world’s most renowned chefs.
For the epicurious, luxury lies in life’s most memorable flavors. Crystal fully understands this, and, as such, has redefined the standard for culinary travel while sailing the most epic waterways. Step aboard meticulously designed ships, where dining experiences rival the world’s top restaurants—and where the price of indulgence is already accounted for since it’s included in the itinerary price.
Guests can experience dishes from three internationally celebrated dining institutions, each with their own story of excellence:
I. Beefbar

The Backstory: Founded in Monte Carlo, Beefbar features premium meats and contemporary cuisine. Think: masterful cuts, vibrant side dishes, and a cosmopolitan atmosphere that feels effortlessly at home while at sea.
What to Order: A perfectly marbled Kobe ribeye, seared to perfection and complemented by Beefbar’s famed soufflé-style mashed potatoes. Pair with a bold Château Margaux 2015—its silky tannins elevate the richness of the beef.
II. Umi Uma by Chef Nobu

The Backstory: The only Nobu restaurant at sea, this is Crystal’s culinary standout. Featuring Celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Japanese-Peruvian fusion, each bite is a unique blend of precision and artistry.
What to Order: Nobu’s iconic miso black cod, delicately balanced with sweet-savory flavors, or yellowtail jalapeño sashimi for a lighter note. Enhance the experience with a Domaine Leflaive Puligny-Montrachet, offering crisp citrus and mineral notes that uplevel Nobu’s artistry.
III. Osteria d’Ovidio

The Backstory: Curated by Michelin-starred chefs Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo, this Italian haven celebrates authentic flavors, refined techniques, and culinary storytelling passed down through generations. Osteria d’Ovidio brings the warmth of Italy to Crystal’s ships, where every plate evokes heritage and innovation.
What to Order: Handmade tagliolini with white truffle and Parmigiano Reggiano, a dish that epitomizes northern Italy. Our pairing pick? A velvety Barolo by Gaja.
From the first champagne toast to the final dessert, every Crystal moment onboard aims to surprise and delight. What’s more, the combined value of these dining experiences exceed $800 on land, yet they are all included with each journey because Crystal believes that culinary excellence should be an integral part of travel, not an à la carte add-on. Aboard Crystal, food is a celebration of culture, innovation, and connecting with new friends.
Embrace a world of timeless elegance.
