The first vertical urban resort by One&Only, One Za’abeel is an engineering feat, an architectural marvel, and Dubai’s hottest new hotel. Projecting itself as a giant H, two imposing towers are connected by a vast cantilever aptly named The Link, floating some 330 feet over the city. A futuristic panoramic sky concourse, The Link brings together Michelin-star-earning chefs, masterful mixologists, a three-level spa, and a glorious rooftop pool with 360-degree city views.
While the property’s innovative design and spectacular features are nothing but next-level, it’s the uber-luxurious suites that are the talk of discerning world travelers. Imagined by renowned architect and interior designer Jean-Micheal Gathy, the redefined living spaces are inspired by the region’s enchanting sand dunes. Guest rooms and suites are steeped in pale, luxurious tones with marble floors and grand floor-to-ceiling windows that provide ample natural light and sweeping views of the Dubai skyline.

With four distinct suite styles, each one is thoughtfully designed for distinct travelers. The Za’abeel Suites are made for those seeking ample space and seclusion, while Sanctuary Suites are dedicated to wellbeing with fitness, meditation, and relaxation zones. Urban Suites are perfect for executive travelers with a meeting table and state-of-the-art office equipment, while Creative Suites welcome the media-minded with acoustic paneling and AV technology.
“While the property’s innovative design and spectacular features are nothing but next-level, it’s the uber-luxurious suites that are the talk of discerning world travelers.”

Even more luxurious are the Signature Suites (Skyline Suite, Skyline Loft, Royal Suite), extra-spacious abodes with as much as 1,295 square feet—replete with multiple living areas, a dedicated dining room, well-equipped bar, and deep soaking tub.
Still, if you’re looking for G.O.A.T. status, it’s all about the splurgy Villa One Penthouse. Spanning two stories and 2,477 square feet, it features an avant-garde kitchen, cinema, gym, and the grande dame of it all: a stunning terrace with black marble infinity lap pool. Villa One also comes with a dedicated host to oversee everything from personal training to spa treatments.

If you’re a suite guest, exclusive benefits and amenities abound. Expect privileged access to the Private Club on Level 53, daily breakfast at Aelia, pre-dinner drinks at The Link, and a complimentary Longevity Index Assessment at the hotel’s famous spa, the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.

I took my first trip to Disney when I was six and haven't stopped traveling since. I fell in love with It’s a Small World. How great was it to visit numerous countries on a joyous boat ride! Since then, I've traveled to 50+ countries on six continents. In 2017, I traveled around the world and visited 23 countries – I spent more than a month in Italy and England and also enjoyed time in Israel, Japan, France and Morocco. While I spent a lot of time traveling solo, I also enjoyed time with my family and friends. Seeing their joy discovering new places helped me discover the joy that comes from planning a magical trip. From then, I decided to turn my passion into a profession.
Some of my favorite places to go include Italy, London, Paris, New York City, Boston, The Grand Canyon, The Galapagos Islands, Israel and Japan.
