Winter Escape
The idyllic Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is a luxe holiday (or anytime) getaway for sun and surf.
While much of the United States shivers through winter, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is basking in the sun-soaked beauty of southern Florida’s winter and early spring. Set along seven acres of private shoreline, the resort blends easy luxury with breezy fun, making it a rare haven for families and a peaceful escape for adults.
Days here unwind easily. Paddleboard or snorkel in the balmy Atlantic, or lounge by the pools—one for families and one for adults only. Young guests can have their own adventures at the immersive kids and teens clubs: Loggers, for ages three to 12, features a Virtual Playground Zone, plus a four-foot-high interactive wall of lighted pegs, a larger-than-life Sketch Aquarium, and a mini theater room. For ages 13 to 17, the Hide Away is a teen dream come true with large screens for gaming, movies, and sports, plus a 24-hour arcade.

“The resort blends easy luxury with breezy fun, making it a rare haven for families and a peaceful escape for adults.”
Meanwhile, adults can drift into the resort’s 42,000-square-foot Eau Spa, featuring 19 treatment rooms, six private villas, a relaxation lounge including heated stone lounge chairs, and an outdoor garden where you can suspend in hanging chairs and dip your toes in the water.
Dining here is equally versatile, designed to please every palate. Nobu Manalapan, now in its permanent, expanded home, continues to wow with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature Black Cod Miso and Rock Shrimp Tempura, complemented by inventive cocktails and an extensive sake and wine list. Angle offers a modern steakhouse experience with fresh seafood and pasta pairings, while Breeze Ocean Kitchen brings a casual, Florida-meets-Caribbean flair with seaside salads, sandwiches, and frozen cocktails. The spa café, Savor, puts the focus on healthful, locally sourced fare, while Oceana provides the perfect pick-me-up with coffee in the morning and ice cream treats in the afternoon.

The guestrooms and suites are imagined by renowned designer Jonathan Adler, whose playful patterns, luxe textures, and thoughtful touches bring joy to every surface. The 812-square-foot Ocean Front Suite is the crown jewel, with a king-size bed, sitting area with sofa bed, two full baths, and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic. For families, it can connect to another Ocean Front room, creating a two-bedroom suite that’s ideal for multigenerational stays.
From December to April, Palm Beach is in full swing, and Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa makes the most of the season. Whether paddling in the Atlantic, discovering world-class cuisine, or indulging in restorative spa time, it’s a place that feels at once refined, relaxed, and rejuvenating.
