Mind, Body, Sea
Mind, Body, Sea
On a Crystal voyage, wellness is thoughtfully woven into every detail.
After a night of deep, uninterrupted sleep—lulled by the ocean’s gentle motion and supported by pillows chosen from your custom menu—you wake feeling clearer and more rested than you have in ages. An in-suite cappuccino in hand, you step onto your private terrace for fresh sea air before heading to Aurōra Spa for a stretch class, followed by a massage designed to reduce inflammation and increase circulation. Welcome to a morning aboard Crystal, and this is just the beginning.
From ship to shore, wellness is integrated into each itinerary, inviting guests to settle into a healthy, balanced pace where rest, movement, and nourishment comes naturally. Activity and stillness are of equal importance—from personal training sessions to guided meditation, Pilates to acupuncture.

Restore & Reset
At Aurōra Spa, treatments take a holistic approach. Signature therapies include the Aurōra Stone Signature Massage, which uses hot stones to release deep muscle tension, alongside advanced facials such as LED and cryo experiences made to refresh and revitalize. There’s also reflexology, aromatherapy, and other holistic sessions, while saunas and steam rooms provide quiet spaces to pause and reset.
Movement complements this restorative focus. Yoga, Pilates, and stretching classes emphasize breath and alignment, helping guests to reconnect with their bodies. Quiet corners throughout the ship—from serene lounges to whirlpools and shaded decks—extend the sense of calm.

Move & Nourish
Crystal’s fitness centers pair panoramic ocean views with state-of-the-art equipment, including free weights, cardio equipment, and Pilates reformers. Group classes in strength and functional movement complement personal training, while open spaces encourage walking, jogging, and stretching against an ever-changing seascape.
Nutrition is equally intentional. Menus highlight local ingredients, seasonal produce, lighter preparations, and balanced options alongside indulgent favorites. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Umi Uma is a favorite for the freshest sushi, sashimi, and Japanese-inspired dishes, while the Alajmo brothers’ Osteria D’Ovidio features fine Italian cuisine that blends tradition with innovation. Personalized nutrition consultations with experts are also available for those seeking deeper guidance.

Wellness-Themed Voyages
Select sailings offer an even more immersive focus on well-being. Two Crystal Wellness Retreat Cruises are planned for 2026—sailing from Vancouver to San Diego, and from San Diego to Guayaquil, Ecuador. o Crystal Wellness Ambassador Dalila Roglieri, former elite athlete and culinary nutritionist responsible for elevating Crystal’s dining with wholesome ingredients, joins both voyages alongside leading health specialists and chefs, guiding sessions in mindfulness, yoga, and holistic health. Workshops explore meditation, functional movement, and nutrition strategies, giving guests practical tools they can integrate into daily life.
Welcome to the exceptional world of Crystal.

A road trip through the Golden State leads to an invigorating reset in nature.

I look to treat every clients' travel request as though it were my own, making the research and consulting as exciting as the trip itself. I love what I do and wish you to have the best travel experiences possible. No request is too small or large. It is my opinion you will want someone with travel experience who has first hand knowledge. I have undergone extensive training covering all aspects of travel including but not limited to ocean, luxury and river CRUISING, land tour/packages and hotels/resorts. I began in the travel business before the turn of the Millennium as a cruise consultant for a major cruise line. I developed a passion for cruising at a young age which was introduced to me by my Father as many family vacations were planned as a cruise. We are a family owned business. That said, I have now been on over 95 cruises and visited over 60 countries. There is a great big world out there.
