With Michelin Star chefs, innovative menus, and the finest wine programs, the culinary experience aboard Crystal ships is next-level.
Not unlike some of the world’s finest cities, Crystal is a destination in and of itself for food and wine aficionados. The duo of ships, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, feature eight renowned restaurants, one authentic Italian gelato bar, and 24-hour in-suite dining. The famed Beefbar and Osteria D’Ovidio collaborations are the newest names to join Crystal in 2024, while Master Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa’s Umi Uma and the gourmet Vintage Room are long-time favorites.

BEEFBAR
Since Beefbar launched in Monte-Carlo in 2005, chef and restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi has opened more than 20 global locations, from New York City to Dubai, Paris to Hong Kong. The gorgeous Crystal spaces are Beefbar’s exclusive restaurants at sea, featuring Giraudi’s signature “untraditional steakhouse” fare with a menu divided into street food (Angus beef tacos, mini Kobe beef burgers, tuna ceviche) and comfort food (steak frites, glazed salmon, grilled strip, filet mignon).

OSTERIA D’OVIDIO
In yet another groundbreaking collaboration, Crystal is teaming up with renowned Chef Massimiliano Alajmo and his brother Raffaele. Named Osteria D’Ovidio, their restaurant features the pair’s signature fine Italian cuisine that blends tradition with innovation. In 2002, Alajmo became the youngest chef to receive three Michelin stars for Le Calandre in Padua, Italy. Today, he oversees the kitchens of 13 additional restaurants including Padua, Venice, and Cortina.

UMI UMA
Opened to great fanfare, Umi Uma is the only seagoing dining experience created by Master Chef Nobuyuki (Nobu) Matsuhisa. The design-forward restaurant features table service for elegant dining as well as a grand sushi bar for a casual, intimate experience. Be sure to order celebrated dishes including the Nobu-Style Black Cod, Wagyu Beef Filet Steak, and Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, and sample the Sushi with Connoisseur Menu—multiple courses of the freshest sushi and sashimi. As Chef Matsuhisa likes to say, “Good food, good sabi, and good atmosphere.”

THE VINTAGE ROOM
One of the finest food-and-wine experiences at sea, The Vintage Room is gourmet in every way. The dining room is exquisite, the service is superb, and the multi-course wine dinners are divine. A collectible vintage is paired with each dish, which changes every day. Expect Alaskan King Crab with celery and chive oil, Wagyu beef tenderloin with truffled potato purée, and lavish artisanal cheese plates.
Embark on the voyage of a lifetime.

Abroad & Beyond
On Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast, the historic island is rich in beautiful sites and flavors.
My passion for travel began at an early age. With a scuba diving background, I had the privilege of visiting numerous beautiful beaches and resorts across the globe. This passion has only grown over time; I now have the pleasure of planning all of my own vacations, down to the most minute detail, to ensure that every vacation is unforgettable.
After graduating from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, I began a career in education. I was a first grade school teacher for 8 years. After my eldest was born, I was fortunate to be able to stay at home for a few years. During that time, I was planning my own vacations, as well as assisting family and friends with the planning of their vacations. I finally decided to turn my hobby into a career and Wayfinding Travel was born.
My occupation in teaching, as well as my time at home raising my children, prepared me for my profession as a travel advisor. I’ve leveraged these skillsets in order to enhance my abilities as a ...
