Dubbed the Summer of Dreams, this year’s lineup at Walt Disney World Resort is perhaps Disney’s most ambitious yet: an inspired fusion of nostalgia, innovation, and immersive storytelling that speaks to both the inner child and the design-minded adventurer.
At the heart of this season’s excitement is the new nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom® Park. When you wish on a star … a dazzling new nighttime parade descends into Magic Kingdom Park! A star-kissed constellation of classic and contemporary stories, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away invites guests of all ages to believe in the transformative power of a wish.
Brought to life by the magic of the Blue Fairy, this dreamy display takes viewers on a starlit journey through beloved tales like Moana, Peter Pan, Frozen, Cinderella and more as magical moments throughout the parade electrify Main Street, U.S.A.® with the power of starlight.
So, close your eyes, make a wish and join us for Disney Starlight coming to Magic Kingdom Park this summer.
Just across the way at Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, Toy Story Land continues to charm with its larger-than-life whimsy and highly Instagrammable playfulness. This summer, it’s the go-to spot for multi-generational families seeking high-energy fun and lots of nostalgia. Glide through Andy’s backyard on Slinky Dog Dash, snack on gourmet tater tots at Woody’s Lunch Box, and stroll through a kaleidoscope of colors and textures that would make Wes Anderson proud.
Also at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, two new shows will be making their debut this summer. Step into the darkly delightful world of Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After, where Disney’s most infamous baddies take center stage in a show that’s as wickedly fun as it is spellbinding. Then, dive under the sea with The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure, a breathtaking retelling of the beloved animated film featuring fan-favorite songs, stunning visuals, and theatrical magic.
Of course, no summer would be complete without beholding the magic of nature at Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park! Start your day at the Tree of Life®, examining this park icon that features more than 300 animal carvings. Take a walk on the wild side at Conservation Station®, where you can meet Timon and Rafiki from The Lion King. And don’t miss these can’t miss attractions: Avatar Flight of Passage, where you can fly on the back of a mountain banshee during a thrilling ride over this vast land, and Expedition Everest—Legend of the Forbidden Mountain®, where you’ll speed through the Himalayas on the runaway train. At EPCOT®, nature takes center stage in the serene and interactive Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana, a lush walking trail that brings the story to life with playful fountains and immersive design. Over at the outdoor CommuniCore Plaza Stage, families can experience a lively, interactive sing-along that celebrates the magic of Encanto and the Madrigal family during ¡Celebración Encanto! These two experiences offer a fresh, soulful twist on Disney magic—rooted in culture, natural beauty, and thoughtful storytelling.
